I. Introduction to this Equipmen
XP-1000 Pulverizer belongs to horizontal rotator type.Its main parts consist of main machine,cutter disk,smashing cavity,grinding cavity and vane wheel(impeller).The motor drives the rotator rotate with high speed in the smashing cavity,thus makes the raw material into broken bits under the violent pounding,reacting force,cutting and grinding from the alloy cutters rotating with high speed.Instead of mesh screen,this pattern of the machine produce the product through air winnowing selection,graduation and dust-removing.Therefore,structurally,this pattern of equipment is more efficient than the patterns that depond upon screening selection.In addition,it is featured with less occupation of ground square and non-powder pollution.Due to the succession of the production process,we provide the whole set of the equipment:
Main Engine-----the Pulverizer;
Auxiliary Parts-----Air Separator, blower, Powder Collector and Dust-Remover
II. Features of the Equipment
XP-1000 Pulverizer is large in size, strong in capacity of pulverization and several times as efficient as that of XP-700 pattern.Its main engine operates with high speed and high smash ratio,strong smash capability and great fineness degree of product; and its auxiliary equipments are fine grain capture equipments of low cost,high efficiency and high reliability.Their reliability owes to no moving parts exist within them and they can run under very bad conditions.The whole set can regularly operates conveniently with less labour hand and is apt at auto-production.
